SUBJECT: This system uses “key words” to route tickets – so if this is an Avionte question, make sure that word is on the subject line.  Same with PC, Risk, Legal, Email – basically, any word or words that describes your basic need.

EXAMPLE – need Avionte branch access reset

DESCRIPTION:  A brief description of your request, issue, or question – you can copy and paste text, but pictures may not translate – please MAKE SURE you have a basic description of what you need

ALSO NOTE:  A CALL BACK NUMBER (either 8x8 extension or other phone number) SHOULD BE IN THE DESCRIPTION BOX

EXAMPLE: Need to be added to Amherst branch – call back is x-6633

Once filled in, click SUBMIT – and we will process and reply to the ticket.

We see these as they are submitted, and we can add notes or forward them if needed.  It’s easy to use.
